This week we want to introduce you to Vivian. She is an Associate HR Generalist.
Francis Marion University graduate Vivian Bunn earned her degree in Human Resource Management. One of her New Year’s Resolutions for 2022 is to learn how to cook: “It has been slow, but steady progress so far! Two of my current favorite dishes to make are chicken enchiladas and fettuccine alfredo.” Her ideal day off is relaxing on a warm beach with a good book. What’s more: She has a loveable and low-maintenance cat named Mozzie.

What does a typical day look like at ACST for you?
I get the opportunity to help recruit and greet each of our new employees. From onboarding to orientation, I ensure the new team members joining ACST are welcomed and make a smooth transition into their new departments. One of my favorite responsibilities is reviewing resumes and interviewing. I love getting to meet new people and helping them get into a job they enjoy.
What do you love most about working at ACST?
I love that everyone at ACST treats you like family! They don’t just care about your work, but they also genuinely care about how your day is going.
What is your driving passion for the Church (e.g. why do you believe in serving the local church, what volunteer roles do you have with your church, what ministry do you do, how do you help others, etc.)?
I believe the Church is the hope of the world, and I’ll partner in building the Kingdom in any way I can. I serve in the youth ministry at my church and get to mentor a group of seventh-grade girls. Helping them learn to follow Jesus is one of my favorite parts of each week!
