This week we are introducing you to Matt. He is a Territory Account Manager and has been a team member at ACS Technologies since 2017.
Matt was born and raised in Iowa. His grandparents worked in the railroad industry in Texas and migrated to the Midwest to follow work. His mother worked in the life insurance industry out there while his dad owned his own construction business. His top personal goal in life is to be who God called him to be. He always strives to be the best father he can be as well. His ideal Saturday is spent hiking, exploring new places, attending festivals, fishing, grilling, doing yard work, watching football, or jogging with his dog, Reya, a Weimeraner that’s full of energy. If he ever decides to move it will be to the mountains because it is so peaceful and beautiful. He would also love the beach life in the Maldives or Bali.

What does a typical day look like at ACST for you?
I work with churches to learn more about what they have in place now, what a typical day is like from their eyes, and what they would like to see from a system and from a partner. It’s really about how we can team up to help them achieve their ministry goals by providing solutions that make it easier for them to grow their ministry and the Kingdom.
What do you love most about working at ACST?
Easy-The people I work with and the culture that ACST has created! They really go the extra mile to make their employees feel welcome and appreciated with things like company gatherings, an onsite medical facility, and an anniversary lunch to discuss how the year has gone for each employee to get a better understanding of how they have contributed to ACS Technologies success. I have never worked somewhere where you are truly valued as an asset from start to finish- it is amazing! ACST is dedicated to both employees and clients and they go the extra mile to treat them as their most valued assets.
What is your driving passion for the Church?
I believe that everyone has a purpose and can help with their gifts. I have volunteered with things like greeting people, yard sales, recess duty for children, cooking, and serving others food. Sometimes just talking to someone, listening, and sharing some of your experiences helps more than anything else you could do.
